Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Different types of products cannot be returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or medical use, dangerous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Some health and personal care products

To make a return, you must present a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)

* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or some parts are missing for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.

* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or deny your request.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. Often times, it takes a little processing time before a refund is sent.

Items for sale (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items for sale are non-refundable.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to acorax.ventas@gmail.com.

Presents

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor preferred to receive the item first and deliver it later, we will issue a refund to the donor and they will know that you have returned the item.

Shipment

To return a product, you must request the shipping address from acorax.ventas@gmail.com .

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If a refund is received, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $ 75 pesos 00/100 MN, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance.

We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
